Whatever functionality personal care ingredients have they must all be evaluated for microbial robustness. Implementing 3M Petrifilm technology to do this brings more efficiency and some clear sustainability advantages by reducing the work involved and the waste autoclaved and thrown out each day as a result of running standard challenge tests.
