Manuela Salmina-Petersen holds an engineer’s degree in the technology of cosmetics and detergents from the University of Applied Science in Lemgo, Germany. Starting her career in 1997, she has several years of experience in the development, formulation and testing of professional hair and skin care products. 14 years she worked for Dr. Straetmans / Evonik Dr. Straetmans in the position as head of the laboratory for application technology. In this function she was responsible for research and technical support of raw materials as well as formulation development. In addition she leaded the separate service department for contract product development.
Within the natural cosmetic brand STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME! she will be responsible for the technical support and coordination of product development.
