Multitubes announced the acquisition of both EUROTUBE and MOMITUBE located in Chimay Belgium. Multitubes is known for high quality tube packaging, reliable deliveries, high level of service and competitive pricing. Our tube capacity will increase to 150 million tubes per annum with the new production site in Chimay, this guarantees Multitube’s customers rapid delivery times. The acquisition of EUROTUBE-MOMITUBE increases Multitubes market share signi cantly in the European market. Multitubes is now able to off er a full range of solutions o ering extruded PE tubes in diameters 19 to 60 mm, in co-ex and mono layer. MULTITUBES can now supply tubes with all printing techniques, o set, silkscreen, exo, hot stamping and labelling. For EUROTUBE-MOMITUBE employees and customers this acquisition ends a period of uncertainty about the future of the company. All activities are continued from the 24th of March 2015 as MULTITUBES BELGIUM SPRL.
Over the next few weeks the company shall work to integrate both companies systems and activities and streamline supply. Multitube’s goal today is to start rebuilding trust with current and former EUROTUBE – MOMITUBE customers through fair business management and operating performance improvement. This will be the first step forward into a loyal relationship with customers.
