The founder and previous owner Gerhard Klapp joins the newly established advisory board in order to continue to support the company with his experience and knowledge. Production at the Hessisch Lichtenau site is expanded, and jobs remain. The management team, headed by longtime CEO Reiner Engert, will continue to lead the company.
