The acquisition expands Keystone’s portfolio of beauty products as Keystone strives to offer one-stop shopping to its beauty partners and their brands.
MUMC, located in San Diego, CA, has been in business nearly fifteen years. MUMC has grown its business by focusing on customized color cosmetics without burdensome minimum ordering quantities. This strategy rapidly expanded their base of customers, without sacrificing individualized attention and customer service, which separates MUMC from its competitors. Many of the brands MUMC serves receive high praise from professional publications and can be purchased in in high-end department and specialty stores worldwide.

The company will remain in San Diego.
