Dr. Heiko Prade joined CLR as Director R&D. Prior to this he held different functions in leading cosmetic companies. He began his career in the early 90ies at Dralle in Hamburg. During the many years in the personal care industry, he collected comprehensive R&D experience focusing on skin & hair care research. Heiko Prade succeeds Harald van der Hoeven, who joined CLR in 2006 as Director R&D and now moves to the position of Technical Marketing Director CLR. During recent years Harald wrote a number of publications and held presentations at different congresses worldwide in the field of cosmetic actives.
