Croda International Plc announced it has bought Arizona Chemical’s Personal Care business. The deal closed on May 22, 2013. Croda will immediately begin the transition of these the products into its portfolio, including the transfer of production to an existing Croda manufacturing site in Europe followed by a re-launch of the products with new Croda trade names and marketing identities.
