The Merck KGaA is hosting Merck’s 1st Dermocosmetic Forum on February 18–19, 2013. The forum is geared toward dermocosmetic formulators and marketing strategists; the goal of this comprehensive forum is to explore innovative approaches for dermocosmetics by bringing together professionals from the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries.
The two-day event will address numerous dermocosmetic issues, including basic needs of atopic skin, prevention strategies for aging skin, and clinical pharmaceutical and cosmetical aspects of sun care. Also to be addressed are safety issues, regulatory affairs information regarding the use of cosmetic ingredients in dermocosmetic applications, and scientific news. Merck experts will be on hand to share with you their know-how regarding the use of active ingredients, fillers, and pigments to create innovative dermocosmetic products. To make one’s innovative work as simple as possible, we will offer participants a package of regulatory documents needed for this work.
