Yousef joins the company from Givaudan where he held the position of area sales manager for the Middle East & North African market and was responsible for a sales team covering 20 countries with specific responsibility for home and personal care products. He has expert knowledge of CPL Dubai’s key markets within the MENA region and beyond having developed high level contacts with a diverse range of clients throughout these territories.
With a strong knowledge of consumer trends Yousef will provide valuable insights in consumer habits on a regional and country by country basis and is, therefore, well placed to spearhead the company’s ambitious growth targets in the region. Yousef joins CPL Aromas some ten years after the company began operating
from Dubai where the division has an established presence boasting a full service operation employing 75 staff with a highly skilled team of Creative Perfumers, Evaluators and Sales & Marketing staff. Located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, CPL’s Dubai facility operates a fully automated manufacturing set-up ensuring reduced lead times compared to industry competitors.

As a native Arabic speaker Yousef joins the company with more than ten years of commercial experience in the MENA region and will be responsible for all departments within the sales division of CPL Dubai including Perfumery, Evaluation, Product Performance plus the Sales & Marketing functions.
