Any cosmetic product should be appreciated by the users, safe and compliant to the regulation and must exclude any in-house blacklisted ingredients.

How can suppliers of cosmetic Raw Materials  or Ingredients consider those needs? Is it enough to be compliant with REACH? To consider the Cosmetic European Regulation 1223/2009 for each ingredient?

CEHTRA’s aim is:

  • to prove the safety
  • to identify safe concentrations of use (for face cream, shower gel, etc.).
  • to identify the gaps, the concerns, and to propose all solutions to limit any doubts.

We combine our expertise in this domain to our valuable databases. The information is robustly evaluated by qualified toxicologists at CEHTRA, and included in a defined workflow to produce high quality safety reports. These reports can then be easily updated, when justified by the data.

For all new ingredients, we propose a regulatory support and a stepwise approach to obtain the most relevant data for a toxicological dossier, either found in literature, predicted using in silico models or generated by toxicological tests.
