Ileos, owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and Visant Corporation, controlled by affiliates of KKR and DLJ Merchant Banking, jointly announced the closing of the transaction between Bioplan and Arcade Marketing, resulting in the formation of a new strategic venture. In this strategic venture Oaktree retains a 75% ownership interest and Visant retains a 25% ownership interest.

Serge Jureidini is appointed President and CEO of the new venture as of closing. Serge has over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and fragrance market segments. He joined Arcade Marketing beginning of 2013 as President and CEO. Prior to this appointment, he spent his career at L'Oréal, serving in various capacities and global geographies.

Ludovic Anceau, who served as Bioplan CEO and architect of the remarkable growth and development of the company, is appointed CEO International with responsibilities over Global Business Development and International Sales & Marketing. He will also co-lead the integration process.
