BASF, Stand A175–176/194, will present its Baby Care Concept First Touch with new formulations for delicate baby skin, using many natural-based ingredients following the principle of using as little as possible, as much as necessary.
Biesterfeld Spezialchemie, Stand C510, present their formulation Sheet Day for a refreshing and glowing look. Following the Asian mask trend, the company developed the cellulose mask for this fast-growing product type in Europe. It contains a combination of natural betaine and natural propanediol for long-term moisturising properties, Myo-Inositol to improve skin elasticity as well as an emulsifier to obtain a sprayable and light emulsion.
CLR Berlin, Stand B430–431 will present MultiMoist CLR, for moisturising skin care formulations as it increases production and activation of the vitamin D receptor and potentiates the effects of vitamin D. Its moisturising activity was proven with in vivo technologies along with a consumer study. The active ingredient also binds water in the cortex of hair and improves a variety of important hair qualities and due to its conditioning properties.
Courage+Khazaka, Stand A195, has developed the Tewitro TW24, a new member of the Tewameter family, to meet recent expectations for in vitro testing. This device is the only one on the market that can be used to measure the evaporation from cultured tissue sets in up to 24 wells at the same time. Nail StrainStress is one of the first units to measure the mechanical properties of nails. This new member of the Tewameter range measures the evaporation of the nail, the transonychial water loss (TOWL). The Tewameter TM Nano features the proven open chamber measurement, however, with a very small measurement chamber. Visioscan VC 20plus with a new software has a liquid lens that automatically focuses the image to make skin topographic analysis more comparable.
