SAMPHIRA OIL BIOACTIVE - The new active ingredient of Codif Technologie Naturelle

Codif Technologie Naturelle introduces its new retinol-like vegetal and organic certified, active ingredient: Samphira Oil Bioactive.

This active is extracted from rock samphire cultivated and harvested by hand, on the North Atlantic coast of France. While the harvest is done in a very traditional way, the extraction is done with a high-tech and eco-friendly process: Supercritical CO2 extraction.

This process allows to obtain a pure and concentrated plant extract thanks to a unique solvent, the supercritical CO2. The solvent is then entirely recycled to minimize the environmental impact of the process.

Samphira Oil Bioactive is an alternative to retinol. The active ingredient acts on the same targets as retinol, including collagen synthesis and the epidermal renewal for smoothing the skin texture, reducing both wrinkles and pores. Overall, the complexion is brighter and more homogeneous.
