Dr. Jörg Münzenberg: Versatile Powder-to-Cream Formulation Concept

Dr. Jörg Münzenberg, Manager Applied Technolgy at Evonik, demonstrates in an interview with COSSMA TV how moisture-rich formulas can be formulated in a way that a powder turns into a cream once it is applied to the skin. He shows how the water is bound in a shell of aerosol particles and gives a live demonstration with a powder-to-cream blush which is available as an example formulation. He also show how any kind of active component can be formulated in a tool box concept. Dr. Münzenberger emphazises the fact that powder-to-cream is a very versatile, open concepts with very little limitations.
