Albéa's cosmetic laminate tubes are a cost-effective and eye-catching solution. They allow intricate designs: realistic photo printing, matte or shiny effects, multi-colored... as well as sophisticated metallic effects.

Cosmetic Laminate tubes can have two body shapes: round or oval, using different structures according the barrier level and the required visual aspect: ABL (Aluminum Barrier Laminate), PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate) or Reflexion™.

Our Reflexion™ tube is a Plastic Barrier Laminate (PBL) tube with a web structure that allows multiple metallic effects, and bounce back properties similar to conventional plastic tubes. 

Thanks to a specific process developed by Albéa, an expert in tube manufacturing processes for 50 years, the Reflexion™ tube offers a vast range of metallic effects. 

Brands can now choose from ultra-gloss, mirrored, metallic or satin metallic gloss, brushed aluminum or hot-stamped effects by reverse printing. 

In addition, thanks to the new Perfectiseam process and 360° printing, the side seam is virtually invisible and almost imperceptible to the touch.
