Cosphatec launches two new COSMOS- and NATRUEcompliant products “Cosphaderm E NGM natural” and “Cosphaderm PA-12”. “Cosphaderm E NGM natural” is a liquid lysolecithin from soybeans, this offers improved emulsifying and dispersing properties in aqueous environments and thus a higher waterbinding capacity. “Cosphaderm PA-12” is a powder product consisting of the sodium salt of phytic acid, which acts as a strong natural chelating agent and is effective in a wide pH range. www.cosphatec.com
