BASF - Tamara Weinert
On 20th December 2023, the Supervisory Board of BASF SE has, upon proposal of the Nomination Committee, nominated Tamara Weinert, President and Chief Executive Officer of Business Area Americas of Outokumpu, based in the United States, for election as shareholder representative on the Supervisory Board. The election is to take place at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of BASF SE on 25th April 2024.
