According to Nina Neve, media researcher from the British trend consultancy Liquidrock, trends in emulsion technology are driven by a number of factors – life style trends, specialised manufacturing techniques and the consumer’s desire for performance and experience.

"Perspectives for natural cosmetics – natural cosmetics in perspective" was the title of a scien-tific symposium organised in Cologne on November 12th by Dr. Straetmans with the assistance of various collaboration partners. The event was attended by 120 representatives from the R&D de-partments of cosmetics manufacturers.
