Ute Griesbach, in Marketing Personal Care Europe at BASF, talks about the company's recent launches, many of which are very suitable for natural cosmetics. BASF launched a thickener for clear hair gels and a hair relaxer. Another recent launch was a very efficient, high-performance conditioning product which is especially suitable for natural cosmetics products. In addition, a refatting micro emulsion for oil reposition on the skin to be used in rinse-off products was presented. It leaves a very good skin feel and also matches a number of green standards.
