Dr. Marc Pissavini, Director Basic & Applied Research at Coty, talks about the most important findings in the field of sun care at Coty.He explains that one of the major challenges in the sun care market is having products in high SPF ranges that also have a nice texture and gallenics so that consumers like to use them and apply suffient sun protection, if possible more than once a day. Dr. Pissavini points out that by changeing the gallenics of a product - i.e. sprays, mists, gels, milks - it is possible to adapt sun protection products to the different tastes of the audience, from children to mothers, from teenagers to men. He thinks that it is quite a challenge to get a 100% natural sun product with high efficacy and nice skin-feel at the same time.  When asked about the "sun care product of the future", Dr. Pissavini says that he thinks the importance of the protection  fro infrared rays will increase.
