The webinar was held November 11th 2014. The webinar is targeted at the international cosmetics and personal care industry where people want to learn more about the characteristics of sensitive skin. Ms. Kleiner will feature physiological processes and also demonstrate approaches to protect and regenerate sensitive skin. In the course of the presentation the characteristics of sensitive skin and correlated skin conditions such as dry skin and aged skin are addressed. Physiological processes within the skin which trigger these symptoms are looked at. High performing, partly medicine-based examination methods and end points are also explained.  All participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to Ms. Kleiner during and after the presentation via the integrated chat tool on the webinar platform.

About the Speaker
Angela Kleiner is Marketing Manager at Croda GmbH and Sederma GmbH, Nettetal, Germany. She is head of Technical Marketing for all business units and member of the Croda GmbH board. She is known as an experienced speaker in the cosmetics industry. Before joining Croda in 2003, Angela Kleiner worked with L’Oréal Germany. Ms. Kleiner has a degree as a food chemist (Staatlich geprüfte Lebensmittelchemikerin) from universities in Stuttgart, Würzburg and Freiburg.
